Silver Package is a 60/40 split plus a one time amount to be determined before contract is signed. This is for the person that wants the house cleared for sale or move in.

Clear remaining items and contact charity for pick up
*When ever possible charity is chosen by owner but due to time constraints it is NOT always possible.
Gold Packages: 40/60 split minus cost accrued thru set up and clear out. This is for the house that needs a little extra. Clean up of garbage and things that cant be sold before and after. Dumpsters are needed and dump runs before and after. Extra help is used and Hourly is added to be determined before signed contract. You are left with a cleared home*
